The Swipey community guidelines
- Adults only. Swipey is 18+ everywhere. In the UK, the app runs a full age-verification step before you get in. Do not help anyone under 18 get around it.
- Creators are real people. Verified Creators passed KYC and signed a model release. Harassment, threats, or attempts to track them down or contact them outside the platform are not acceptable in the app or on the Discord.
- Moderation floor. Swipey is built for adult conversation without topic filters, but a baseline floor for illegal content and age rules applies in every mode, including Group Chat, Duel room chat and roleplay scenarios.
- Paid content stays on the platform. Do not redistribute Fanclub sets, hearts-unlocked content, reward videos or a creator's Short Drama episodes.
- Report, do not retaliate. Use in-app reporting or the Complaint Policy, and let moderation deal with it.
Why the age rule is strict
Every companion on Swipey is built for adults, and the company behind it, INVAI LTD, applies the same 18+ rule across the app, this site and the Discord. Companions are disclosed as AI on every screen; Swipey shipped the New York and California AI-companion disclosure work on 2 September 2026. That disclosure is part of why the age gate is not negotiable.
What respecting creators looks like
The AI companion of a Verified Creator is configured with her, but the person behind it is real and has agreed to be on the platform under specific terms. Chat with the companion however the scenario allows; the moderation floor still applies. Do not use the chat or the Discord to pressure a creator into anything outside what her profile offers. Tips and custom requests go through the app in hearts; there is no off-platform route, and asking for one is not acceptable.
The moderation floor, in practice
No topic filters means the AI follows your lead without redirecting, within a floor that never moves. Illegal content and anything involving minors are blocked in every mode, and a request that hits the floor is refused. Duel room chat has blocked links since 18 August 2026, and the same view of unsolicited links applies on the Discord.
Shared spaces: Group Chat, Duel rooms and the Discord
Most of Swipey is one-to-one, and what you say to your companion stays between you and her. Three places are shared, and the rules bite harder there. In Group Chat, shipped 27 August 2026, you run a room with 2 to 3 characters, your own Custom AI included; the moderation floor applies to every character in the room. In a Swipey Live Fantasy Duel the room chat is public to everyone watching, the two girls reply through AI and give gifters priority, and links are blocked. On the Discord you are talking to other people, so the usual expectations of a public server apply on top of Swipey's rules: no harassment, no spam, no sharing of anyone's private content, and no impersonating staff or creators.
Publishing in the Creator Community
Since 23 September 2026 a fourth shared space exists: the Swipey Creator Community, where Premium members with a linked Discord publish a Custom AI for everyone to see. Every submission is reviewed by the Swipey team, which approves it or rejects it with a reason, and a rejected character can be fixed and resubmitted. Publishing is permanent, so a published character cannot be edited or made private again. Published characters sit under the same moderation floor as everything else, and a public character or post that breaks the rules is reported with the in-app tools like any other item.
Gifting in a Duel is how you support a girl, and the top supporter of the winner is taken into a private live with her afterwards. That private live is still inside Swipey and still under the same floor. Recording and sharing it breaks the paid-content rule below.
Keeping paid content on the platform
A Fanclub subscription, a hearts unlock and a reward video are licences to view inside Swipey, not to copy. Screenshots and re-uploads of creator content hurt the person who made it; the Terms of Service set out what follows.
How to report content on Swipey
| What happened | Where to report it |
|---|---|
| A message, image or post in the app | The in-app reporting tools on the item |
| A member on the Discord | The server moderators |
| A formal complaint about content | The Complaint Policy on swipey.ai |
| A billing or account problem | Support; Premium members have 24/7 support via Discord and email |
Reporting works best with specifics. Note the creator or member involved, the time, and where it happened, whether in a chat, a Group Chat room, a Duel room or a Discord channel, and attach a screenshot if the tool allows. Do not post the screenshot publicly; that turns a report into a second problem. If someone is trying to get you to move to another platform or send money outside the app, report that as well, because it is how most impersonation attempts start.
Your own privacy is covered too. Swipey states that all conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, that there are no public galleries of your generated content, and that your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Those claims and their limits are set out in the Privacy Policy below, and we do not paraphrase beyond them.
Binding documents
Where this summary and those documents differ, the documents win. Questions about the rules, the Discord or reporting are also answered in the community FAQ.
