The Swipey Discord and community

What happens on the Swipey Discord

Announcements land on the Discord first. When Swipey ships something, whether that was Group Chat on 27 August 2026 or the reworked Duel rounds on 1 September, the server hears about it before the marketing pages catch up. A Discord card has sat on the Swipey home screen since 28 August 2026, so you can reach the server from inside the app.

The rest is conversation. Members compare Platform Models and Custom AI builds, swap scenario ideas from the 100+ roleplay library, talk through Swipey Live Fantasy Duels while they run, and follow Verified Creators. Premium members also get 24/7 support via Discord and email, which is the fastest route when a payment, Fanclub renewal or voice call goes wrong. The support address for everyone is hello@swipey.ai; write from your account email and say what you tried. The Help Center on swipey.ai has seven categories including Getting Started and For Creators, and Swipey Assistant, an in-app AI support chat labelled as AI, is rolling out in the chat list.

Linking Discord to publish in the Creator Community

Discord now matters for creators as well as for chat. Since 23 September 2026, publishing a Custom AI to the Swipey Creator Community needs an active Premium subscription and a Discord account linked to your Swipey account. The link runs through Discord's own authorisation screen. Linking does not publish anything on its own; every submission still goes through a review by the Swipey team.

The server is for adults only, like Swipey itself, and it follows the same community guidelines as the app. Creators are real people with verified identities; treat them that way in public channels.

What to ask support about

Premium support covers the account side of the product: a Premium or Fanclub charge that looks wrong, a renewal question, a voice call that dropped, a magic link that did not arrive, a Google sign-in that failed, or a hearts purchase that has not landed. Payment questions go through support as well, and cancellation itself needs no ticket: open Settings, then Subscription, then your current plan, and cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Questions about how a feature works are usually quicker to answer from the Help Center or from other members in the server.

Why the announcements matter

Swipey ships often, and the Discord is where the dates show up. Recent examples: Swipey Live Fantasy Duels launched on 14 August 2026, Short Drama episodes on creator profiles followed between 17 and 20 August, and 27 August brought Group Chat, Edit My AI v2 with custom scenarios, Memory cards with the Memory Details view and the Install App banner. On 1 September the pencil edit for chat images arrived and Duel rounds switched to hearts deciding each round, and on 2 September the AI-companion disclosure work for New York and California went live. On 23 September the Creator Community opened, letting Premium members publish their own AI, and on 24 September Duel Rooms arrived, with several live Duels running at the same time. If you want to know what changed this week, the server tells you before this site does.

The official Swipey AI community accounts

The account links were refreshed inside the app on 20 August 2026, so the handles above match what the quests screen points to. If a profile is not on this list, it is not Swipey. That matters for two reasons. Swipey never asks for your password or payment details in a direct message, on Discord or anywhere else; sign-in is by email, Google or a magic link, and payments happen inside the app. And Verified Creators are reached through their Swipey profiles, so an account claiming to be a creator's "real" contact off the platform is not one you should trust.

Follow quests that pay hearts

Open Quests in the app and look under Permanent Tasks. Following each official account, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube and Discord, is its own task, and each one pays hearts once when you complete it. Hearts are Swipey's reward currency; they buy extra image and video generations, Fanclub content sets, custom requests from creators and gifts and tips.

The follow tasks sit next to the rest of the hearts economy. Daily quests reset each day. The 7-day streak stacks rewards for seven consecutive days and resets if you miss one. The daily spin hands out heart prizes. Relationship level-ups and milestones pay out as you chat. Refer-a-Friend gives both you and your friend hearts when the friend makes a first purchase (Premium members get the shareable link). Premium members also receive free hearts automatically every day. The mechanics are explained in detail on SwipeyLoop, and you can open the Quests page on swipey.ai to see today's list.

Conduct on the server

The Discord follows the same rules as the app: adults only, no harassment of creators or members, no redistribution of Fanclub or hearts-unlocked content, and a baseline moderation floor for illegal content that applies in every channel. Duel room chat inside the app has had link blocking since 18 August 2026, and the server moderators take the same view of unsolicited links. Report problems to the moderators or through the Complaint Policy rather than replying in kind.

The binding documents are Swipey's Terms of Service and Complaint Policy on swipey.ai, linked from the guidelines page. Common questions about the server, support and follow quests are also answered in the community FAQ.
